Is there a way to disable credit card payments for customers?

Yes, you can definitely disable credit card payments for clients in InvoiceSherpa. To make this change, simply go to the Payment Settings section of your account. Within the options, you can:

1. Activate the "Show eCheck first" option, which gives priority to eCheck/ACH over credit cards.

2. Turn off the credit card option for specific transactions or in regions where surcharges are prohibited, using the "Disable the credit card option in states where surcharges are illegal" feature.

If you wish to remove the option "entrliy" from the platform, please reach out to the payment processor and request that they deactivate the option.
