Propler Payments

The partnership between InvoiceSherpa and Propler Payments combines powerful accounts receivable automation with seamless payment processing. By integrating Propler Payments into InvoiceSherpa’s platform, businesses can streamline invoice collection, enable faster payments, and improve overall cash flow within a single, automated workflow. This collaboration enhances efficiency and delivers a more convenient payment experience for both businesses and their customers.


  • To start the process, go to the "Integrations" tab within the "Setiings" section.

  • Next, choose the "Payment Processor" section. There, you will see the "Propler" section, within which you need to click the "Sign up" button to start your application.

  • The next screen you’ll see is the Propler Payments application page. Simply click the “Begin Your Application” button to start.

  • Once your application is approved, head back to InvoiceSherpa and click the "Connect" button.

  • Enter your "Merchant ID#" along with your API username and password, then click the "Connect" button

Once connected and you start processing invoices via Propler Payments, the 1% transaction fee on invoices will be removed.
