Pausing Reminders

How can the system be paused?

^{Instructions to Suspend All Reminders Across the Platform for All Clients:}

1. ^{An active system will be displayed in blue}

   

2. ^{To pause your platform, toggle the icon to grey and then confirm that you want the system paused.}

3. ^{An orange "System Deactivated" notification will be displayed in the upper right-hand corner of your screen once your system has been paused successfully.}

^{Note: You will also receive an email confirming that all of your reminder activity has been paused.}
