Pausing System/Reminders

How to pause the system?

^{Instructions to Suspend All Reminders for All Customers:}

1. ^{An active system will be displayed in blue}

   

2. ^{To pause the system, please toggle the icon to grey and then confirm that you would like to pause the system.}

3. ^{An orange "System Deactivated" notification will be displayed in the upper right-hand corner of your screen once your system has been paused successfully.}

^{Note: You will also receive an email confirming that all of your reminder activity has been paused.}
