Account Settings

This tab is easily accessible through the "Settings" option in the main menu bar

  • Unsubscribe from all system emails—This option allows you to stop receiving emails from InvoiceSherpa. We recommend considering enabling this option as we'll send important notifications if a reminder has failed to send, an automatic payment hasn't been processed, and many more.
  • Hold All Actions on Weekends - This option allows you to pause system actions over the weekend.
  • Language - The default language is currently set to "English".
  • Timezone - Set this according to your business hours.
  • Currency - Choose your preferred currency for displaying invoices.
  • Contact Emails - This is the email address we may use to communicate with you.
