How To Update Your InvoiceSherpa Account's Payment Information

Need to update the name, credit card or billing address associated with your InvoiceSherpa subscription?

Updating Your Payment Information

  1. Log into your account

  2. Navigate to the settings tab

  3. Select "Plans & Billings"

  4. Scroll down until you see "Billing settings"

  5. Enter new CC info and hit the green button "Update Payment Method"

If the update is successful you'll notice...

  • The page should seem to refresh and the green "Save Credit Card" button will appear
  • A light green notification will pop up in the upper right-hand corner indicating that your payment info has been updated (it only stays on the screen for about 10 seconds and then fades so it's easy to miss)

Once you've completed those steps you're good to go.
