How Do I Create My InvoiceSherpa Trusted Advisor Account?

If you're on the list of accountants, bookkeepers and financial professionals approved to have an InvoiceSherpa Trusted Advisor account, follow these instructions to create your account.


QuickBooks Online for Accountants User (or QuickBooks Online client)

  1. Go to apps.com
  2. Search for InvoiceSherpa
  3. Click on Connect & Authorize
  4. Now you should be directed to the InvoiceSherpa interface.                                - Please navigate from Home>Settings>Plans & Billing
  5. Enter your credit card information and select the Accounting plan and hit "Save" (your account will always be free - you can verify the zero balance charge in the same form you enter your information, our system simply requires a CC on file to create this type of account).

Xero

  1. Xero Marketplace
  2. Click "Get this app."
  3. You'll be redirected to the InvoiceSherpa homepage, click on "Start a 14-day free trial."
  4. Go through the brief set-up wizard and integrate your Xero account.
  5. Once in InvoiceSherpa navigate to "Settings" (the last option on the right left-hand menu bar).
  6. Under the "Settings" module navigate to "Plans & Billing".
  7. Select the Accounting plan, enter your credit card information, and hit "Save."

Any Other Platform/InvoiceSherpa Standalone

  1. Go to www.invoicesherpa.com
  2. Click on "Start a14-day free trial" (don’t worry - your account will always be free)
  3. Go through the brief setup wizard.
  4. Once in InvoiceSherpa navigate to "Settings" (the last option on the right left-hand menu bar).
  5. Under the "Settings" module navigate to "Plans & Billing."
  6. Select the Accounting plan, enter your credit card information, and hit "Save."
