2FA Security Code
When you sign in to the InvoiceSherpa platform, we will send a security code to your email address. Please check your spam/junk folders as these codes may sometimes end up there.
- The code can take up to 30 seconds to arrive
- Log in as you would normally do so, using your username and password
- Next, you'll see the 2FA security code screen
- Please check your email account and retrieve the code from our email
- Copy and paste the code into the security screen and click Continue
- Then you’ll see the confirmation screen, and you’ll enter your account.
