Transaction Fees

A transaction fee of 1% is added to cover the reconciliation process.

Reconciliation is comparing and aligning financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency. In the context of payments and financial transactions, reconciliation typically involves matching the records of the payer and the payee to confirm that the payment has been made correctly and that both parties' accounts reflect the same information.

To pass on the transaction fees, please follow these steps:

• In the "Settings" section select the "Payment Settings" tab:

Please indicate the surcharge percentage for credit card or ACH payments. The ACH option will be available from October 30, 2023.
