User Management - Access Roles Defined

This section is accessible by navigating to the menu bar, selecting "Settings", and then choosing the "User Management" tab:

  • Owner:

Full control:

    • Owners have the highest level of access and full control over the platform.
    • Typically, they can manage billing, account settings, and user roles.
    • Owners can access and modify all areas, including sensitive data and configuration settings.
    • They can add or remove other users, including admins and view-only users.
    • Owners are responsible for the overall administration and management of the account.

  • Administrator:

Administrative Control:

    • Administrators have a substantial level of access, although not as extensive as owners.
    • They can configure and supervise settings, users, and permissions.
    • Administrators can access and modify data within the platform, including creating, editing, or deleting records or content.

  • Jr Admin: {Coming Soon}

  • View-Only:

Limited Access:

    • Users with view-only access typically have restricted privileges on the platform.
    • They can view data and content, but lack the permission to make any modifications.
    • They are unable to modify data, settings, or configurations within the platform.
