Late Fees Settings

You can find this in the Settings section on the menu tab

Please choose from the options available based on your preference

• Is late fee engine enabled - Would you like to toggle this option to enable the application of late fees?
• Hold late fees on weekends - By enabling this option, late fees will not be applied on weekends.
• Resume late fees on restart -If the platform is deactivated, late fees will resume upon reactivation.
• Post as a new Invoice - This feature enables the late fee to be generated in a new invoice.
• Tax Code - Feel free to choose the tax code based on your company's preference.
• Late Fee Item - If you wish to designate the late fee, please select one of the options from the dropdown.
