Late Fees Settings

This information is located in the Settings section of the menu tab.

Please choose from the options available based on your preference

Is the late fee engine enabled? To activate “Late Fees,” toggle this option to the on position.

Hold late fees on weekends: Enabling this option means late fees won’t be applied on weekends.

Resume late fees on restart: If you pause the platform for any reason, the late-fee option will resume when you reactivate it with this option enabled.

Post as a new invoice: This feature enables late fees to be generated on a newly created invoice.

Tax Code: You can choose the tax code based on your company’s preference.

Late Fee Item: To set the late fee, please choose an option from the dropdown.
