Invoice Reminders Overview
The section contains a variety of search and filter options that enable you to customize your view of the reminders that have been sent and are ready to be delivered.
How to Cancel Scheduled Reminders
- To cancel a single reminder, click the "Cancel" button
- After that, the "Status" of the remaining items will be changed to "Cancelled"
How to Cancel Mulitply Reminders
- Step #1: Check the box next to each reminder you need to cancel
- Step #2: Click on the "Cancel Reminders" button
- Step #3: Review the list and click on "Cancel Reminders"
How to Pause All Reminders for a Single Customer
- Identify the customer within the "Customers" section
- Upon accessing the customer profile, you can easily deactivate the "reminders" feature
- When you deactivate the feature, it transitions to a "Grey" state, and a confirmation of the action is displayed in the top right-hand corner
If you decide to take this action, just keep in mind that any scheduled reminders will need to be cancelled using the "Reminders" section
